Privacy

The short version: we collect what you type into the enquiry form, we use it to arrange your measure and quote, and we do not sell it or add you to marketing lists.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you chose to include: typically your name, phone number, email if you gave one, your suburb, and whatever you wrote about your windows. If you arrived from the 5pm Test, the summary of your answers travels with the enquiry, visibly, in the message field you can edit before sending. Like most websites, our hosting also records routine technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) that keep the site running and help block abuse.

What we use it for

To respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out the free measure, prepare your quote, and complete any work you engage us for. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request; that is the enquiry doing its job, not a mailing list. We do not sell your details, and we do not sign you up to newsletters you did not ask for.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies and there is no advertising tracker following you around it. Spam on the enquiry form is filtered with a hidden field real visitors never see; if it gets filled in, the submission is dropped quietly.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as they are useful for handling your enquiry and any resulting work, and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. If you would like your details corrected or removed, send a note through the enquiry form saying so, and we will act on it.
